If you're not sure, the hybrid is usually the best fit for runners who also want to work on body composition or energy. If you're happy with your eating and just want run structure, stand-alone run coaching is a great starting point. Still unsure? Reach out and we'll figure it out together.

Each week you’ll complete a short check-in about training, energy, sleep, and any wins or struggles. I review it and send personalized feedback: nutrition/hybrid clients get a video; run coaching clients get a written reply.

Yes! The strength add-on is available at check out with any coaching plan you select. It's a simple 2–4 day lifting plan designed to work with your running, not against it.

You continue month-to-month for as long as it's working for you. When you're ready to wind down, the $59/month maintenance option keeps you supported without the full investment.

Absolutely! Everything is remote-friendly. Clients are all over, and coaching happens through messaging, check-in forms, and Zoom when needed.
